With the Oscars pending, we have selected 6 brews which are ‘loosely’ connected to six of the nominated Best Pictures. We hope that you go out, pick up a bottle of each, and pop the tops when the nominations are announced this Sunday. There’s nothing else to do while the speeches drag on! This week we feature an interview with a UK publican who runs a micropub, the Brooksteed Alehouse. This new trend features a small, converted store that is turned into a limited tap, limited capacity, real ale pub.
