In this edition, we welcome the fairer sex to the pubcast, when our four friends, Deb, Lisa, Kirsten and Tina provide their thoughts on selected brews.  In addition we split them into two teams and test their beer knowledge with some questions from the game Beer Smarts (tm)
Deb provided a selection of local and not-so local beers that she had collected from her travels and from family, and Mark and Phil are lucky enough to be invited to sample them – free beer is always a good thing!
We taste​ Snow Belgian style wheat ale from Lake Effect Brewing, and Big Muddy’s Saluki Dunkeldog.  Then our Style of the Week is Vienna Lager, and the sample is from Devil’s Backbone who are one of the commercial examples in the 2015 BJCP Guide.  Finally, we head out to Natty Greene’s Brewing Company, in North Carolina, for their Southern Pale Ale.
But wait, there’s more…we have a bonus beer from another of our local Chicago breweries, and we pull out the Infinity IPA from Empirical Brewing.
